Tijdens de coronaperiode steeg de vraag naar logistieke ondersteuning bij ETOS sterk. In korte tijd moest de capaciteit in het distributiecentrum aanzienlijk worden vergroot om de toegenomen volumes te verwerken.Packup organiseerde dagelijks een team van ongeveer 30 medewerkers dat dag en nacht inzetbaar was. Dankzij een pool van slimme en snel ingewerkte medewerkers konden de teams direct meedraaien in het proces van het distributiecentrum.Door de stabiele bezetting en snelle opschaling bleef de operatie draaien, ondanks de plotselinge toename in werkdruk.

Order volumes increased by 45% within one month. The client’s existing transport capacity could not maintain promised delivery times, risking customer dissatisfaction and reputational damage.

2. Our Strategy

We rapidly expanded fleet capacity and implemented dynamic route planning. Additional drivers and vehicles were deployed specifically for high-density delivery zones.

3. Execution

Deliveries were prioritized based on region and urgency. Real-time tracking dashboards allowed the client’s customer support team to provide accurate delivery updates.

4. The Result

On-time delivery rates were maintained above 96% throughout peak season. Customer complaints decreased, and the client recorded their highest quarterly revenue with fully stabilized logistics operations.
